Death and Grief Training

Death is an inevitable part of life, both in terms of facing our own mortality and being there for others when they pass away. Often, we are not taught how to deal with death and grief. Questions arise such as: What happens when we die? How can I find peace after losing a loved one? Are you ready for your parents to die? Responsibly preparing for this aspect of life in your own unique way is an important part of wholesome health and mature self-care.

A Holistic Course to Preparing for death and Grief

This Course is for you if...
