I work with clients 1:1 in a variety of ways using multiple modalities. When you schedule a 1:1 Coaching Session, a variety of modalities can be woven into our time together (Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Crystal Medicine, and more). The 1:1 Coaching Sessions are theraputic in nature. I combine my trianing as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and an Intuitive and Psychic to guide our conversation. What this means is I have your holistic health and lifestyle in mind while also channeling your Spirit Guides for Divine knowledge about your situation or goals.

My coaching style is spiritual but also goal and outcome driven. Typically, clients are looking for deeper guidance to support their talk therapy or physical-led medical goals. I help my clients achieve a shift in consciousness and energy towards a deeper connection to Self/Spirit/beliefs/purpose so they can go through life with a strong sense of belonging, health, and happiness. I am looking to:

- Bring forward your essence.

- Get you into a soul centered space.

- Encourage a narrative/perspective shift that’s more beneficial.

- Illuminate your gifts in this life.

- Help get you in alignment with your soul blueprint and mission.

- Evaluate the impacts of your current way of life and subsequently discuss opportunities for improvement for your primary aspects of your bio-individual health.

- Help you get to know yourself better and work on relationships with various aspects of yourself.

I also offer a custom holistic prescriptions as a service. If you want a prescription you are someone who is ambitious and dedicated to truly changing your life. You are open and willing to changing your daily routines, thought processes and wanting more from life than what is currently being experienced.  You are feeling led towards something deeper. You are ready to step into the energy of the next level of life and need guidance and structure to help you get there. After three 1:1 sessions, I work with your Guides, higher Self and energy to write you a custom prescription to help get you to your next phase of Self.
