What to Expect:

- Prior to the session, you will complete a consent form and survey to clarify your intention and share the areas of your life where you seek holistic guidance. 

- We’ll start with a brief discussion about your current life situation, the clarity you’re seeking, any blocks you may have, and what you wish to manifest.

- Before the reading, I will guide you through a grounding practice to connect your embodiment chakras, allowing you to feel present and receptive during the session.

- You will enter a fully receptive state, listening and feeling as I channel insights from your energy field. It's important to keep your body warm for several hours post-session to facilitate integration.

- You are encouraged to ask questions during the session, and afterward, you will receive a personalized holistic prescription that summarizes our discussion and offers spiritual and holistic practices to support your transformation.
